Bailey FieldingSenior Client Service Manager
Biography

As senior client service manager, I serve as the connection point between our client community, custodians, and internal teams to provide seamless execution of financial transactions. From account applications and asset transfers to distributions and day-to-day requests, I also act as executive coordinator, keeping our team organized and operating at our highest capacity.
My mission is to make every interaction stress-free by delivering compassionate, exceptional service. I believe every request – big or small – deserves the same level of care, because behind each one is a person seeking clarity and simplification. By approaching challenges with creativity and diligence, I am known for easing concerns, streamlining processes, and giving our team confidence that everything is handled with integrity.

Before joining Generation Capital Advisors, I spent six years at Dakota Wealth Management as a senior relationship associate and as an executive assistant in their Tax Services office. In these roles, I was often the first point of contact for clients, managing fund transfers, tax returns, and estate plan documentation.
Outside the office, I’m an avid cyclist, often riding more than 65 miles a week. When I’m not on a bike, you’ll find me at book club, watching tennis, or exploring New England with friends and family. Most weekends, I can be found scaling the hills of Berkshire County with my family, neighbors, and a motley crew of dogs, including my three golden retrievers: Wrigley, Pesky, and Junie.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Providence College, as a member of both the Honors Department and Psi Chi, the International Psychology Honor Society.
